About MOC
At MOC, we believe everyone is an athlete. No matter your background or experience, your body is capable of incredible strength, power, and resilience. With smart coaching, consistency, and dedication, we all get stronger—physically and mentally.
Our approach to training is rooted in community, coaching, and long-term progress. Whether your goal is general fitness, competitive lifting, or simply moving better and feeling stronger, MOC provides the structure and support to help you get there.
Our Training Philosophy
We take a communal approach to fitness and barbell training. Training alongside others builds accountability, confidence, and consistency—without sacrificing individual attention.
For those looking to improve overall fitness in a motivating group setting, we recommend our Crosstraining (WOD) Program.
For athletes who love the barbell—or want to—our Weightlifting and Powerlifting Teams offer focused, structured training in a supportive environment.
You do not need to be in shape or experienced to get started. Athletes new to CrossTraining, Weightlifting, or Powerlifting begin with a Private Training Orientation, which consists of three one-on-one sessions with one of our coaches. These sessions cover the fundamental movements and help determine the best starting point for your training.
