A bright, fully equipped training space featuring premium Nautilus machines, Eleiko barbells and bumper plates, Ghost combo racks with calibrated steel plates, cardio equipment, turf, towel service, and spacious showers.


MOC Barbell & Fitness

1010 Dean Street

Home to 30+ coached classes and training sessions per week, focused on strength, conditioning, and competitive weightlifting & powerlifting. Monthly memberships include unlimited Off-Hours Access.

Training Programs at moc Barbell & Fitness

CrossTraining (WODs)
High-intensity workouts combining Olympic lifts, gymnastics, conditioning, and athletic movement. Must have 3-months of CrossFit experience.

Strength & Cardio
Accessible, challenging training that builds strength and endurance without the more advanced movements found in our CrossTraining Program. No experience required.

Barbell Strength
Focused strength training, offered three times per week. No experience required.

Weightlifting Team
USA Weightlifting–sanctioned club training the snatch and clean & jerk three to four times per week. Must have 3-months of club weightlifting experience.

Powerlifting Team
Structured training for squat, bench, and deadlift—three days per week with optional fourth session. Must have 3-months of club powerlifting experience.

Private Training Orientations are required for individuals without prior experience who wish to participate in our CrossTraining, Weightlifting, or Powerlifting programs. Orientations include three private training sessions designed to teach the fundamentals and prepare you to train safely and confidently in our group programs.

You can also schedule an appointment to tour our facilities and discuss the best program for your goals. All appointments meet at MOC Brooklyn (964 Dean Street).
