CrossTraining
High-intensity workouts combining Olympic lifts, gymnastics, conditioning, and athletic movement. Must have 3-months of CrossFit experience or attend Private Orientation.

Strength & Cardio
Accessible, challenging training that builds strength and endurance without the more advanced movements found in our CrossTraining Program. No experience required.

Barbell Strength Class
Focused strength training, offered three times per week. No experience required.

Weightlifting Team
USA Weightlifting–sanctioned club training the snatch and clean & jerk three to four times per week. Must have 3-months of club weightlifting experience.

POWERLIFTING TEAM
Structured training for squat, bench, and deadlift—three days per week with optional fourth session. Must have 3-months of club powerlifting experience.

Off Hours ONLY
We offer Off-Hours–Only memberships for those who prefer to train outside of classes or coached session times.
