MOC Brooklyn is our premium independent training facility designed for athletes who want high-quality strength and conditioning access on their own terms. This space is perfect for anyone who loves to train solo or supplement their coached programs with extra gym time.


Hours of Operation

MOC Brooklyn is open on a structured schedule to give you training flexibility throughout the week:

  • Monday–Thursday: 6:00 am–10:00 pm

  • Friday: 6:00 am–8:00 pm

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8:00 am–6:00 pm

For those looking for later or earlier hours, please consider purchasing an Off Hours Only Membership at MOC Barbell & Fitness + the MOC Brooklyn Add On. Contact us for more information.


Who It’s For

MOC Brooklyn is ideal if you:

  • Prefer independent strength and cardio workouts

  • Want access to premium equipment in a climate controlled facility

  • Train outside of class schedules or team sessions

  • Are supplementing your coached programs with extra gym time

This space offers a focused training environment without the need to attend classes unless you choose to.


Membership & Access

Access to MOC Brooklyn is available through a monthly membership—this gives you unlimited use of the facility throughout our regular hours. If you hold a membership at our Barbell & Fitness location, you can also add MOC Brooklyn access for a monthly upgrade fee.

To get started:
You must schedule an appointment to set up your membership and access. Appointments meet at MOC Brooklyn (964 Dean Street) Day passes are available for $35, but you must make an appointment to purchase.
