For 964 Dean Street you must set up an appointment to drop in. Please select membership consultation. You can do that HERE.

Our Strength & Cardio and Barbell Classes do not require experience. However, the CrossTraining WOD classes, Weightlifting, and Powerlifting Team Sessions do. You must have at least 3 months experience with CrossFit to attend the WOD classes. The Weightlifting and Powerlifting Team Sessions are not available for drop ins. If you are looking to lift, please sign up for On Hours Open Gym in either the Training Hall or Side Area. Please note these are time specific sessions, and you must attend at the start of the session and wrap up by the end of the session. Thank you for understanding.
