Class & Training Requirements

  • Strength & Cardio and Barbell Strength classes are open to all experience levels.

  • Crosstraining (WOD) classes, Weightlifting Team, and Powerlifting Team sessions require prior experience.

    • A minimum of 3 months of CrossFit (or similar) experience is required to attend WOD classes.

    • Weightlifting and Powerlifting Team sessions are not available for drop-ins.

Open Gym Access at MOC Barbell & Fitness (1010 Dean)

If you are looking to lift without joining a class or team session, please sign up for On-Hours Open Gym in either the Training Hall or Side Area.
These sessions are time-specific—you must arrive at the start of your scheduled session and finish by the end.
