Our apps

MOC Barbell and Fitness

This is your membership management app. You can purchase memberships, single sessions, and class passes. You will be able to reserve for On Hours sessions and classes, and to sign in for them when you arrive. You can change your payment information, AND you will be able to receive push notifications about events or schedule changes.

BRIVO

For those with off hours access (monthly memberships ONLY) we use BRIVO. BRIVO allows you to be checked in for your off hours visit AND opens the door. When your membership was set up, you should have received an email to set up your BRIVO mobile pass. If you did not, please email. Make sure to always use BRIVO during off hours, and never open the door for anyone. Off hours schedule DOES NOT include On Hours Open Gym during the weekday evenings. See the schedule HERE.

TRAINHEROIC

For our barbell team programs, we use TrainHeroic to send you your program. TrainHeroic will allow you to see your full training program, and to track your progress. Your coach will be able to see your results, and you can send them messages. TrainHeroic is available for Gold and Silver monthly memberships who are lifting with the weightlifting or powerlifting team. Please email us for the access code.

SUGARWOD

For our WOD and S&C programs, we offer SugarWOD to help you track your workouts and your progress. SugarWOD sends you the workout the night before so you can prepare. It also allows you to track your results so you can make sure to appropriately progress your weights and intensity. SugarWOD is available for Gold, Silver, and Bronze monthly memberships. Please email us for the access code.

FAQs

  • We can delay your membership renewal for as long you like. Please email us 5 days before the renewal date. For mid-membership month holds, we grant holds for your membership in the case of serious illness or injury (with note from medical provider). Please email us for hold.

  • Memberships can be canceled by emailing us 5 days before your renewal date. We cannot refund your membership after it has renewed. Please email to cancel.

  • For space and safety reasons, please do not bring your dog or kids. BUT we do love them!

  • Friends can purchase session or class passes (if they have experience), by downloading our MOC Barbell and Fitness app. We do not allow friends or guests to off hours times.

  • For space and safety reasons, no bikes inside (but we still love you, bikes, and we have a big bike rack where you can lock your bike right outside!) You can bring your scooter inside.

  • You can purchase a pass to a class or on hours training session by downloading the MOC Barbell and Fitness app. We do not allow for drop ins during Off Hours.

  • Off Hours are certain times during the day where we allow unlimited access for our monthly memberships. Off Hours is time and room specific. We break up our gym into three “rooms”: the main floor, side area, and training hall. Off Hours is only for those with a monthly membership and access is with the BRIVO app. You can see the off hours schedule HERE. ON HOURs times are when we host our classes and training sessions. These times also include peak times for open gym. During On Hours you must sign in at the Ipad Kiosk. During Off Hours you must use BRVO to sign in.

  • To attend a WOD class you must have gone through our CrossTraining Orientation OR attended a CrossFit program for at least 3 months. To attend a barbell team program session you should have attended one of our barbell orientations OR lifted with another club. Our S&C classes do not require experience. Email if you have questions.
