REady to get started?
If you’re new to CrossTraining or the barbell sports, we recommend beginning with a Private Training Orientation so you’re confident and prepared to join classes or barbell team sessions. You DO NOT need experience or the private training orientations if you are attending the S&C or Barbell Strength Class, but you will benefit from it.
You can also schedule an appointment to tour our facilities, learn about our classes, and discuss the best path for your goals. All appointments meet at MOC Brooklyn (964 Dean Street).
