Off Hours on the Main Floor will be delayed until 3pm. The Off Hours schedule for the Side Area and Training Hall is normal.

2023 Lift for Pride

This Sunday we are hosting a charity powerlifting event for the Ali Forney Center. The MoC Powerlifting club is throwing down for charity. The event will start with weigh ins at 10am, and lifting at 11am. Spectators will be asked to donate $10 to the Ali Forney Center. Even if you cannot make it, you still can donate HERE.
