Membership Options

Monthly memberships are available for either MOC Brooklyn (964 Dean Street) or MOC Barbell & Fitness (1010 Dean Street).

MOC Brooklyn Membership
This membership provides unlimited access to the MOC Brooklyn facility. It does not include access to MOC Barbell & Fitness.

MOC Barbell & Fitness Memberships
These memberships include unlimited off-hours access to our 1010 Dean Street facility. Membership tiers are based on your weekly attendance in on-hours classes and programs.

All MOC Barbell & Fitness memberships may be upgraded to include access to MOC Brooklyn with the MOC Brooklyn Add-On for $50 per month.

Billing & Policies
Memberships renew automatically. To cancel, please email us at least 5 days prior to your renewal date. Mid-month holds are not permitted without a doctor’s note.

To purchase a monthly membership, please schedule an appointment to tour the facility.

MOC BROOKLYN Memberships

  • This monthly membership gives unlimited access to MOC Brooklyn. This does not include access to MOC Barbell & Fitness (1010 Dean St), nor the classes and program offerings there. The membership will renew monthly, and can be canceled by emailing us 5 days before renewal. text goes here

MOC Barbell & Fitness Memberships

  • The Platinum Monthly Membership is a Month to Month membership with UNLIMITED visits per week to our On Hours offerings (WODs, Barbell Team Sessions, Strength & Cardio, On Hours Open Gym, etc). Membership also includes unlimited Off Hours Access to 1010 Dean Street. Membership automatically renews, and can be canceled with 5 days notice via email.

  • The Gold Monthly Membership is a Month to Month membership with 5 visits per week to our On Hours offerings (WODs, Barbell Team Sessions, Strength & Cardio, On Hours Open Gym, etc). Membership also includes unlimited Off Hours Access to 1010 Dean Street. Membership automatically renews, and can be canceled with 5 days notice via email.

  • The Silver Monthly Membership is a Month to Month membership with 3 visits per week to attend our On Hours offerings (WODs, Barbell Team Sessions, Strength & Cardio, On Hours Open Gym, etc) Membership also includes unlimited Off Hours Access to 1010 Dean Street. Membership automatically renews, and can be canceled with 5 days notice via email.

  • The Bronze Monthly Membership allows for 2 visits per week towards our On Hours offerings (WODs, Strength & Cardio, On Hours Open Gym, etc). Membership DOES NOT include barbell team training sessions or barbell programming. Membership also includes unlimited Off Hours Access to 1010 Dean Street. Membership automatically renews, and can be canceled with 5 days notice via email.

  • The Off Hours ONLY Membership allows for unlimited access to our Off Hours Schedule at 1010 Dean Street. All athletes will need to attend a walk through with a staff member before Off Hours Access is granted. Please check schedule for Off Hours Times. Off Hours access may be interrupted by planned events. Membership automatically renews, and can be canceled with 5 days notice via email.

All our monthly memberships at MOC Barbell & Fitness have an “add on” option for unlimited access to MOC Brooklyn ($50/month)

Class & session packs - MOC Barbell & Fitness

Class & Session Passes

Class and session passes are available for WOD classes, Strength & Conditioning classes, Barbell Strength Classes, and on-hours Open Gym sessions at MOC Barbell & Fitness.

Day passes and drop-ins are not available during off-hours. 10 Packs expire after 6 months and are non-transferable.

  • Our 10 Pack of Classes are good for our WOD classes, On Hours Open Gym, and Strength & Cardio. The membership is good for six months. The membership does not renew. You must have experience with CrossFit or similar program to attend our WOD classes.

  • Our 10 Pack S&C are good for our Strength & Cardio classes. These classes do not require previous experience. The membership is good for six months. The membership does not renew.

  • Our Class and Session pass is good for 1 WOD or On Hours Open Gym Session. You must arrive at the set time you reserve.

  • Our Class pass is good for 1 Strength & Cardio class.

private orientations

Private Orientations

Private orientations are designed for individuals who are new to our CrossTraining, Weightlifting, or Powerlifting programs at MOC Barbell & Fitness.

Orientations include three one-hour private training sessions, scheduled based on your availability.

To schedule your orientation, please email us to book your sessions.

Scheduling Policy
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a private training session. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 fee.

  • 3 Private Training Sessions with a certified instructor to get you ready to attend our CrossTraining program. This is required for anyone who is new to CrossFit or similar program.

  • 3 Private Training Sessions with a certified instructor to get you ready to attend our Weightlifting program. This is required for anyone who is new to weightlifting.

  • 3 Private Training Sessions with a certified instructor to get you ready to attend our Powerlifting program. This is required for anyone who is new to powerlifting.
