Monday - Friday:

Midnight to 3pm

8:30pm to Midnight

Saturday:

Midnight to 8am

1:30pm to Midnight.

Sunday:

24 Hours

Off Hours access is room specific. The particular schedules for the Training Hall, Main Floor, and Side area are listed below. Schedule is subject to change based on events or holidays. Main Floor access is prohibited when class is in session and is limited to the times listed below.

Barbell Training Hall

  • The Barbell Training Hall is where our barbell teams train in the evenings and on Saturday. It offers the most off hours access and consists of several training platforms for weightlifting, powerlifting, and weight training. It also includes a leg press/hack squat, leg extension/curl machine, cable machine, reverse hyper, glute-ham raise, competition kettlebells, dumb bells, and medicine balls. This area is a seperate room that is 4,500 square/feet.

  • Monday – Friday:

    Saturday:

    Midnight to 7am

    3pm to Midnight

    Sunday:

    24 Hours

Main Floor

  • Our Main Floor is where we host our WODs. The floor designed for functional fitness, and consists of several pull up rigs and squat racks. The floor has access to rowers, bikes, manual treadmills, kettlebells, dumbbells, sandbags, ropes, barbells, bumper plates, and medicine balls.

  • Monday – Friday:

    Midnight to 4am

    11am to 3pm

    8:20pm to Midnight

    Saturday:

    Midnight to 8am

    1:30pm to Midnight

    Sunday:

    Midnight to 8am

    Noon to Midnight

Side Area

  • Our Side Area is where we host our Strength & Cardio classes. This area has access to bikes, rowers, manual treadmills, dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bumper plates, pull up rig, and squat racks. The side area is open when the main floor is open.

  • Monday – Friday:

    4am to 11am

    All Times Main Floor is Open for Off Hours
